Knoll Bistro is committed to continuing the tradition of Tomaselli’s Pastry Mill & Cafe, an Elkton tradition since 1981. The Beckley family is no newcomer to Elkton, having settled in the area in the late 1840’s. When news broke that Marty and Dayna Tomaselli planned to retire, Leslie and Steve Beckley could not imagine Elkton without the legendary cafe and bakery that had served delicious fare for decades. With the promise of the stellar staff staying to make sure the Tomaselli legacy was honored, and a good dose of pioneer spirit, the Beckley’s took over.

Knoll Bistro will feature wines from Knoll Vineyards, a 30 acre Elkton estate vineyard and winery owned and operated by Leslie and Steve. They hope to revive the famous Friday night dinners of yore and host guest chefs and wine pairing dinners in the future. Please stop by and enjoy delicious bakery goods, the deli, grill fare, wood-fired pizza, provisions and amazing wines.
